CATEGORIES FOR VENDORS/EXHIBITORS  

For 2010,  Registration cost for vendors will be enhanced due to the growth of the Annual Summer Convention.  The Booth categories are:                                                 
STANDARD which is $600  for a 10x10 booth or 
PREMIUM which is $1350 for a 10x20 booth or 
SUPERIOR which is $2400 for a 20x20 booth. 
These Registration costs are valid per booth from Saturday, August 7 through Saturday, August 14 at 4:00 p.m. 

 

Cancellations after July 17, 2010 will not receive a refund.  Registration must be paid prior to the show.

REGISTRATION PROCESS 

 

ONLINE:  When you begin, click on "REGISTER NOW"  to the right.  Click on VENDOR and follow the prompts.  Select the booth size and price and make your payment in full by credit card online. Just scroll to the bottom of the page and hit continue to finish your registration.  Once you are confirmed in the Convention as a Vendor, you can make a hotel selection as well.  Also you can re-enter your record to make changes, add electrical needs, order equipment, etc. at a later date.

MAIL:  For those of you who do not register online, please be advised a 25% deposit is required to reserve exhibit space.  Please print out the application above and mail with your deposit to the Indianapolis address.

Deadline for all registrations is July 9, 2010 to secure a booth space.

Payments must be made by credit card, money order, or an official bank check (not personal check).  All deposits and fees are non-refundable. 

VENDING HALL

If you select a standard booth, you will be given an 10’ x 10’ booth with 1 six foot table, a wastebasket and 2 chairs in your booth.  

If you select a premium booth, you will be given an 10' x 20' booth with 2 six foot tables, a wastebasket and up to 4 chairs. 

If you select a 20' x 20' booth, you will receive 4 six foot tables and up to 4 chairs. 

Additional information on the booths will be mailed to you when you are confirmed in the show. This will include where to ship exhibit materials and forms for electricity. You may share a booth with another vendor who is confirmed in the show, but it will not reduce your registration fee. 
Set up is available on Friday afternoon, August 6 from 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm and Saturday, August 7 from 8:00 a.m.-10:00 am.   Tear down is Saturday, August 14 after the hall closes.
